I usually have 2-3 books going at any one time. My reading routine includes actual books (I like to hold a physical book, not an e-reader) and rotating between my favorite genres:

  • Motivation / Self-Improvement

  • History & Biographies

  • Non-Fiction Guilty Pleasures​

I don't know why it's taken me this long but I am FINALLY making my way through this classic running book. The "Being" part of the book is as fun and insightful as the "Running" part. I understand why this is a book runners should have on their shelves all year round!
